Complaints & Claims

Last updated: 18 September 2026

If something has not gone as expected, we want to hear about it. This procedure explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it.

1. How to submit a complaint

You can send your complaint by email to info@magneticcanarias.es, by phone on +34 612 437 184, or in writing to Calle San Claudio 13, 38631 Las Galletas.

2. Information we need

So we can help you quickly, please include:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • Order number and purchase date.
  • The product or service concerned.
  • A description of the problem and, if possible, photographs.
  • The resolution you are asking for (replacement, repair, refund or other).

3. Complaint handling and response deadline

Before using the official route, we recommend that you send your complaint to our Customer Service (SAC) by email, telephone or post to the address shown.

Once your complaint has been formally received, we will provide you with a reference number or code identifying it and written confirmation on a durable medium.

We will give you a reasoned response as soon as possible and, in any event, within a maximum period of 15 business days from receipt of the complaint, unless a specific sectoral regulation sets a different period.

If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, or if 15 business days pass without a response, you may then request the official complaint form and submit it to the competent consumer authority.

4. Consumer rights

As a consumer you are protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and by the consumer regulations of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, including the statutory guarantees of conformity for goods.

5. Official complaint forms and channels

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations in the Canary Islands, this business makes official consumer complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) available in electronic and paper format.

If you would like the official complaint form, request it by email at info@magneticcanarias.es or at the Las Galletas pick-up point and we will provide it free of charge, on paper or by email.

You may also address your complaint to your local Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) / Island Consumer Information and Advice Office (OIICU), or to the Directorate-General for Trade and Consumer Affairs of the Canary Islands Government.

6. Consumer arbitration

The Consumer Arbitration Boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo) offer an out-of-court route for resolving disputes between consumers and traders. Participation is subject to the rules governing the procedure and requires both parties to agree.
