Payment terms for salons

  • 01Professional account verified once your application is approved. Volume conditions are agreed in writing case by case.
  • 02Payment in advance: bank transfer or card. Orders are prepared once payment is received.
  • 03Wholesale orders: for large-volume purchases we prepare an individual quote with written payment terms.
  • 04Invoice issued to your business, with your NIF or CIF. The prices you see are final: the shop is under the Canary Islands REPEP regime and no IGIC is added at the end.
  • 05No deferred payment on the first order; special terms only for returning customers.

Complaints for salons

  • 01Check the parcel contents on delivery. Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • 02Faulty product or shipping error: report within 15 days of delivery to info@magneticcanarias.es, quoting your order number.
  • 03For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of unopened products with the seal intact.
  • 04Once a claim is confirmed, we replace the product or issue a credit note. Return shipping for manufacturing defects is covered by us.
  • 05Customised or made-to-order products cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects.

Send us your business details and we will verify your account. For wholesale or distribution enquiries, add a short note about your volume and location and we will prepare a quote.
