Shipping & delivery
We ship from Tenerife to all seven islands with Correos. Time and rate depend on the island and the weight of the order; you see them below and again at checkout when you pick your island.
How it works
- You place the order and pay by card. You receive a confirmation email with your order number.
- We prepare the order. Orders placed before 14:00 on working days normally leave the same day, subject to stock.
- Correos delivers to your island within the time shown below. We email you when it leaves.
- If you prefer, you collect it in person in Las Galletas (Tenerife), with no shipping cost.
Times and rates by island
Loading
Rates are calculated from the total order weight (Correos Paq Estándar). The exact amount is shown at checkout once you select your island.
Local pickup (Tenerife)
You can also collect your order in person in Las Galletas (Tenerife), at the Diosas by Yennifer salon — the products are physically available there. Select "Local pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to agree on a day and time. No shipping costs.
On-demand products
On-demand products are not in stock: they are ordered from the factory and are not bought directly on the site.
- You send the enquiry with the units you need and your contact details. No commitment.
- We reply by email within 24 to 48 working hours with price, availability and delivery date.
- If you confirm, we order it from the factory. It arrives in 3 to 4 weeks from when the order closes and is handed over in person in Tenerife. If you need shipping to another island, say so in the enquiry and we confirm it.
Professional orders
Larger professional and wholesale orders may be shipped on separate conditions. We confirm the exact rate before dispatch.
