Magnetic Canarias distributes professional Magnetic Nail Design nail products in the Canary Islands. We sell both to beauty professionals and to private customers over the age of 18.

Some items are designed for professional use and must be used in line with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety rules. Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, you do not need to prove professional status in order to buy.

We do our best to keep product descriptions, ingredients, sizes and images accurate and up to date. Images are indicative: the actual shade may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting or production batch.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund of the relevant amount.

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes. Sales are made from the Canary Islands, a territory outside the scope of Spanish VAT; the tax applicable in the archipelago is the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC).

Tina Kostresevic operates under the Canary Islands special regime for small businesses and self-employed professionals (REPEP) and applies the corresponding fiscal exemption ("Exención franquicia fiscal"). For this reason, no IGIC is charged on purchases made in this online shop: the price you see is the final price.

Spanish mainland VAT is never charged on orders delivered within the Canary Islands. Should the applicable tax regime change in the future, any tax due would be clearly shown in the order summary before you confirm your purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight and are shown before you confirm your purchase.

To order, select your products, review the cart, enter your delivery details, choose delivery or in-person pickup and complete payment.

Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Magnetic Canarias does not store full card details.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically after the period stated in the payment reminder email.

Once payment is complete you will receive an email with your order number and item details. This email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not, in itself, amount to final acceptance of it.

The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or, where applicable, when the products are dispatched. If an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if payment cannot be verified, we may decline the order in whole or in part; we will inform you and refund the corresponding amount.

If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder and contact us at info@magneticcanarias.es.

We ship within the Canary Islands and offer in-person pickup at the collection point shown on the website. Delivery times and costs are detailed on the shipping page and in your order summary.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier incidents, local public holidays or inter-island logistics.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, in particular your delivery address and contact phone number, and to use the products according to their instructions.

Professional use of the products is the responsibility of the professional, who must comply with the health and safety rules applicable to their activity.

All content on this website (text, images, design, logos and trademarks) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to their respective owners. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

The detailed rules on the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds and damaged, defective or incorrect products are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Information on how we process personal data, the legal basis for processing, retention periods and how to exercise your GDPR rights is set out in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or temporary service interruptions outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights granted to consumers under Spanish consumer law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts designated under applicable law; for consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
