IBAN for the refund (optional)
Date and signature of the consumer
Send the form to info@magneticcanarias.es with your order number. We will confirm receipt and give you the exact return address. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of their return.
Sealed cosmetics that have been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons (art. 103 RDL 1/2007).
